Contest Steps to participate.

1. Purchase any Applecrumby® products (Baby products e.g. diapers, skincare, wipers, cleaning) worth RM80 and above from any authorized offline stores or online store, within the Contest Period from 01 October – 30 November 2025.

2. Scan the QR code from the campaign advertisement or visit the contest submission page at https://acfamilygetaway25.myideascontest.com/Form . Upload image of the receipt with the needed particulars. Uploaded image of receipt must be clear and full, with info of outlet, date, receipt number, amount and indicating participating products. Receipt image uploaded must be in jpeg, jpg or png formats only (not exceeding 10mb).

3. Participants must retain the original receipts as Proof of Purchase . Only valid receipts (including printed e-receipts or delivery orders from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

1. The Applecrumby® ‘13^thAnniversary Spend & Win’ Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Duchess Mercantiles Sdn Bhd ("Organiser"). This contest will commence from 01 October – 30 November 2025("Contest Period").

2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions stated within.

3. This contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid MyKad ("Participants"), except for employees of the Organizer, advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional providers of the Organizer, including their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).

4. Participants are entitled to enter this Contest with the purchase of any Applecrumby® products (Baby products e.g. diapers, skincare, wipers, cleaning) worth RM80 and above from authorized offline stores or online store during the Contest Period ("Proof of Purchase") . The original receipt indicating date of purchase from 01 October – 30 November 2025must be retained as Proof of Purchase (by participants) for verification.

a) For purchase via online store(s), screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) / or delivery order with successful transaction / status a valid Proof of Purchase.

b) Fill in the necessary info and upload a photo on Facebook (FB) or Instagram (IG) featuring your ‘Applecrumby moments’, and post to in your FB /IG account with the following hashtag #iLoveApplecrumby and tag #Applecrumby.

5. All contest entries must reach the Organiser before or by 30 November 2025.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend/revise and/or cancel any of these Terms & Conditions and/or the Contest Periods at any time.

7. Participants can submit more than one (1) entry, but all entries must include the original Proof of Purchase. One (1) original Proof of Purchase is valid for one (1] entry only.

8. Contest entries which are incomplete, late, without original Proof of Purchase, or damaged will not be accepted.

9. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to collect the Prize (if required), it is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

10. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.

11. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest entries for contest purposes.

12. The Organiser and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants' personal data is protected.

13. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

14. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organizer disclaims any obligations to neither replace nor fulfill these prizes.

15. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.

16. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organiser the rights to use their name, address, photograph, particulars, documents and information for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation including, without limitation to any taping(s) and recording(s) in connection with the Contest.

17. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.

Contest Winner Selection:

Grand Prize (2 Winners):

· Winners of the Grand Prize will be selected based on the most creative submissions will stand a chance to be selected as a contest winner.

Consolation Prize and Lucky Prize (total of 70 winners):

· Winners will be selected from all valid entries, where each valid entry will be assigned a unique serial number from the pool of eligible entries.

· Winners will then be chosen through a fair and transparent computerized selection system.

· All selections are subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

· The Organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Announcement of Winners

18. There will be a total of 72 prizes to be given away.

19. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp (from 016 622 7998) entries within 4 - 6 weeks from the end of the Contest Period. All prizes must be collected within 30 days from the notice date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All expenses incurred to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

20. All winners must abide by the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organiser.

21. Each Participant can win only one (1] Prize throughout the entire Contest Period. All prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not exchangeable for credit, cash, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.

22. If the Organiser is unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts in 3 days from the notice date, the Organiser has the right to choose the next eligible participant as a winner.

Personal Data Protection Act 2010

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") to consumers of Duchess Mercantiles Sdn. Bhd.

Dear Consumers,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular: -

a. That we ["Organiser"] collect Individual's personal data directly from the contest form entry.

b. Individual's personal data is collected for the ("Contest");

c. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;

d. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;

e. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;

f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;

g. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-

a. Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi anda daripada borang penyertaan Peraduan;

b. Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk (“Peraduan”);
